Awesome & beautiful shot! This isn't really shot underwater isn't it? no.. yes? Not really...Well maybe...I can't tell, Well if it isn't,,,It's so well done. the hair etc. :D I love the color tones, the pose and framing and her expression is great. Looks so numb, almost drowned. ;P
Title? "Drowning in you" "Sinking in loneliness" "without you there's no air" (just suggestions, brainstorming here) Good work!

and it is underwater, she was completely submerged and looking up
I had my camera lens protected and the lens partially submerged
and thanks for the suggestions i think i like the second one best

for this i used my canon rebel Xti for the camera, plastic wrapping to cover the lens, she was underwater, and Cs4 to edit, that's all the technically stuuf i think
